"Delayed order and frustrating support"
I ordered contacts and they took way longer to arrive than I was originally told. When I called to check on it, I kept getting bounced around between people, which made the whole thing even more frustrating. The staff was polite enough, but I also got the feeling support was kind of putting the blame on me instead of just helping sort it out. Overall, it felt disorganized.

I went in for an eye exam at Eyeglass World and it was a smooth visit. The optometrist was really nice and didn’t make me feel rushed at all, which I appreciated. She explained why my old prescription had been feeling kinda off, and the new contacts feel way better now. Overall just easy and chill, I’d go back

I’ll be honest, I usually stick with the same eye place because I’m kind of loyal once I find somewhere decent, so I wasn’t totally sure about trying Eyeglass World. But the visit ended up being really easy. The doctor didn’t rush me at all and actually explained why my old prescription had been feeling off, which I appreciated. The staff was friendly too and didn’t make me feel annoying for asking questions. I left feeling like my eyes were actually checked properly instead of just being pushed through. I’m still a little torn because I’ve gone to my usual place for years, but I’d definitely consider coming back here.

"Insurance was super easy"

"These frames have been tougher than I expected"
I ordered my glasses from eyeglassworld.com a few months ago, the frames have held up better than I thought they would. I’m not exactly gentle with them, I’ve dropped them more times than I’d like to admit — but they still feel sturdy and haven’t gotten bent out of shape or loose. For me, that’s a good sign they were a solid buy.

"I went in thinking I’d be stuck…"
I went in thinking I’d be stuck waiting around forever, but they checked me in fast. I think I only sat for maybe 10 minutes before someone helped me, I was surprised. Picking up my glasses was just as easy too, no long line or hassle. It’s nice when a place actually respects your time. Definitely 5 stars from me.

"Pretty good deal for everyday glasses"
I needed new glasses and just didn’t feel like spending a ridiculous amount, so I ended up going to Eyeglass World. The prices were reasonable, especially with the deals they had going on, and it kind of felt like, okay, this is actually worth it. The frames weren’t super fancy or anything, but for everyday glasses they were totally fine. I just wanted something that worked, looked decent, and didn’t make me feel like I got ripped off, and that’s pretty much what I got

"Really relieved these turned out so well"
I was a little nervous ordering lenses because my prescription is strong, and I always worry the edges are going to look weird or the lenses will end up super thick. But these surprised me in a good way. They’re clear, not bulky, and I’ve been wearing them every day for a few weeks with no headaches or blurry spots. The coating seems solid too, since they haven’t scratched up easily so far. Overall, I’m really happy and relieved they worked out.

I had a problem with my frames after a few weeks, so I took them back in. The return and warranty process were actually really easy, and they didn’t give me any weird runaround. They fixed it quick, and I left happy. I’d definitely use them again.
